9 hours and 59 minutes of observation in Norway, July 2004. Car drawings (7) and photographs by Anna Ruth and a 307 Peugeot driven by Juho Jäppinen.
Initially, the objective of the Car Drawings was to document my visit to the Northern coast of Norway.
The lines created from the movement of the car on the road, define the limits of a fabricated environment.
However, these fictional boundaries are also factual documentation illustrating a restrained view of a foreign country. The markings are a cartographic representation, both real and fictional, of northern Norway.
